Important Information

Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. For events booked within 7 days, full payment is required at booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a 50% credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is available with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Custom Quotes

Every event is unique, and we love creating custom designs. If you don't see exactly what you need, please reach out for a personalized quote. We're happy to work with your vision and budget.

Travel

All pricing includes service within our local area (25-mile radius). Additional travel fees apply for events outside this zone.
